Bryce Lewis of the University of Tennessee could go wire to wire at the Sunnehanna Amateur.

Lewis, who was tied for the lead after the first two rounds of the tournament, shot a 4-under 66 Friday to take sole possession of the top spot on the leaderboard. He’s at 10-under for the tournament, three strokes ahead of Louisville’s Jiri Zuska, who shot a 2-under 68.

Two players, Georgia’s Maxwell Ford and Arkansas’ Julian Perico, are four shots back at 6-under. Ford shot a 67 and Perico a 69 on Friday.

A pair of Westmoreland County natives are in the top 10 heading into Saturday’s final round.

Murrysville’s Palmer Jackson and Greensburg’s Mark Goetz each shot a 1-under 69 Friday and are tied for seventh at 2-under for the tournament.
