There are 17 days left to get your hands on a Pittsburgh Steelers jersey that Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw wore during at least two games.

But you’ll have to pay up.

The starting bid for the jersey was $10,000. As of Wednesday morning, 11 bids were in and the price was $16,290.

It is being auctioned off by Lelands, an auction house that specializes in sports memorabilia and cards.

Bradshaw helped guide the Pittsburgh Steelers to four Super Bowls in six years in the 1970s. He was twice named the Super Bowl MVP and earned the MVP title for the entire league in 1978, the same year he won his third Super Bowl.

He threw for 27,989 yards and 212 touchdowns in his career before retiring in 1984. Five years later, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, his first year of eligibility.

Since his retirement, Bradshaw has worked as a football analyst for several networks, currently for Fox.

The white jersey with gold lettering and black numbers was worn by Bradshaw during a Nov. 9, 1980, game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in which the Steelers won 24-21. It also was worn during an Aug. 15, 1981, preseason matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.

A letter of authenticity states the jersey may have been worn in a third game, according to Lelands. The letter is signed by Steelers Vice President Art Rooney Jr.

The jersey is part of an auction by Lelands that includes sports memorabilia such as a baseball signed by Babe Ruth, a Jackie Robinson baseball card and boxing gloves worn by Mike Tyson during a 1986 bout.

Numerous other pieces of Pittsburgh sports memorabilia are included, such as a 1955 rookie card for Pirate Roberto Clemente with a starting bid of $300, a Pirates jersey worn around 1944 by Frankie Frisch with a starting bid of $2,500 and 12 seat backs from Three Rivers Stadium signed by Steelers Joe Greene and Rocky Bleier starting at $500. Other jerseys worn during games by Pittsburgh sports greats are part of the auction.
