The Pittsburgh Steelers official draft day hat features a piece of the city.

New Era and the NFL released the 2019 draft hat collection on Tuesday. According to New Era, the hats tried to feature something local related to the team.

For the Steelers’ lid, they included a checkerboard lifted from Pittsburgh’s coat of arms, but went with yellow rather blue, as seen on the official city seal. See them here.

Pittsburgh was named in honor of British statesman William Pitt, the 1st Earl of Chatham, by General John Forbes in 1758.

“This idea as we go through to celebrate the past of the NFL and innovation of where it’s moving, we really wanted to start with where the game began within each local community,” Ryan DiNunzio, New Era’s director of football, said to Sports Illustrated.

The NFL is celebrating its 100th year in the upcoming season. The NFL Draft is being held April 25-27 in Nashville. The Steelers hold 10 picks with their highest being the No. 20 overall spot.

Hats for 31 teams were revealed by New Era. The New York Jets are unveiling a new uniform Thursday, so their hat wasn’t unveiled yet.

For more, Sports Illustrated profiled all the hats.
