Robert Morris will have a bit of a longer break between games.

The Colonials’ scheduled game against Charleston Southern on March 20 has been postponed because of positive tests within the RMU program and related safety concerns, according to a news release from RMU athletics.

Earlier this week, Robert Morris postponed Saturday’s scheduled home opener against Monmouth.

The Colonials, who opened a unique spring season with a 36-16 nonconference loss to James Madison on Feb. 27, are slated to play at Kennesaw State on April 3 and are set to host Gardner-Webb on April 10.

The Big South’s spring schedule features five teams playing a four-game schedule to determine the league’s automatic qualifier to the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) playoffs.

The Big South Conference is working with Robert Morris to reschedule both game for a later date.
