INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 67-65) lost 3-2 to Toledo (Tigers) in a game shortened to eight innings. RHP Thomas Harrington (3.67) started and went six innings, allowing two runs on four hits with no walks and five strikeouts. LHP Michael Plassmeyer (4-10, 7.73) gave up one run on three hits in the seventh to take the loss. SS Liover Peguero (.259) went 2 for 3 with a double and his 14th stolen base. DH Jack Suwinski (.222) and 3B Malcom Nunez (.258) each went 1 for 4 with an RBI.

Next: Friday at Toledo (Tigers), 7:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 56-73) beat Hartford (Rockies), 3-2, on a home run by 1B Brenden Dixon (.188) in the top of the ninth. It was his eighth. DH Yoyner Fajardo (.305) went 2 for 5 with a run scored. LF Matt Fraizer (.228) went 1 for 4 with an RBI. 2B Termarr Johnson (.069) went 0 for 3 with a sacrifice fly. RHP Po-Yu Chen (4.12) started and gave up two runs on three hits in three innings. RHP Justin Meis (6.24) followed with three scoreless innings, allowing three hits and a walk with four strikeouts. LHP Cy Nielson (3-1, 7.31) pitched two scoreless innings, giving up two hits, to earn the win. LHP Jaden Woods (5.52) worked a perfect ninth for his second save.

Next: Friday at Hartford (Rockies), 7:10 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 72-55) got past Bowling Green (Rays), 5-4. DH PJ Hilson (.266) went 1 for 4 with a two-run homer, his 13th. 2B Mitch Jebb (.254) went 2 for 4 with a double, two runs scored and his 42nd stolen base. RHP Wilber Dotel (5.33) started and pitched three scoreless innings, allowing two hits and three walks. LHP Julian Bosnic (3.19) followed with two scoreless innings, allowing no hits with four strikeouts. LHP Magdiel Cotto (1-1, 9.53) gave up a home run in the eighth but got the win. RHP Elijah Birdsong (4.83) gave up a run in the ninth but earned his second save.

Next: Friday vs. Bowling Green (Rays), 6:30 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 53-75) and Daytona (Reds) were rained out. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Friday.
