INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 14-13) had a 6-2 lead after six innings and lost 9-6 to Omaha (Royals). 1B Darick Hall (.209) homered for the second straight game, hitting a two-run shot, his third of the season. He went 1 for 4. CF Ji Hwan Bae (.274) went 1 for 4 with a double, a run scored and two RBIs. SS Liover Peguero (.258) went 1 for 3 with a double, run scored and RBI. 3B Tsung-Che Cheng (.256) doubled, walked twice and scored a run. LW Jack Suwinski (.368) went 1 for 4 with a run scored, RBI and two strikeouts. LHP Nick Dombkowski (3.52) started and went four innings, giving up two runs on four hits and a walk. LHP Randy Labaut (4.26) allowed three runs on three hits in 2⅓ innings, RHP Yohan Ramirez (0-1, 6.52) gave up two unearned runs in two-thirds of an inning to take the loss, and RHP Isaac Mattson (3.09) surrendered two runs on two hits in one inning.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 12-11) was held to three hits in a 6-0 defeat at the hands of Akron (Guardians). SS Jack Brannigan (.244) was 1 for 4 with a double. LF Sammy Siani (.235) and DH Tres Gonzalez (.268) each went 1 for 4 with a single. 2B Termarr Johnson (.256) went 0 for 2 with a pair of walks. Starting RHP Jarod Bayless (0-1, 3.18) gave up three runs, one earned, on four hits, including a two-run home run, and struck out three in 2⅔ innings to take the loss. RHP Fineas Del Bonta-Smith (4.05) gave up a run on three hits and struck out three in two innings of relief. RHP Emmanuel Chapman (4.61) surrendered a run on two hits and fanned one in 2⅓ innings. RHP Cam Sanders (0.00) walked a pair and struck out one in a scoreless inning.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 15-8) lost 6-3 to Winston-Salem (White Sox). RHP Khristian Curtis (0-2, 11.48) started and went 3⅔ innings, giving up five runs on 10 hits, including a two-run home run, and struck out four as he took the loss. RHP Franck De La Rosa (3.68) threw 1⅓ shutout innings of relief and struck out three. RHP J.P. Massey (6.39) threw two innings and gave up a run on a solo home run and fanned one. RF Esmerlyn Valdez (.338) went 1 for 4 with a solo home run, his sixth on the season. SS Jesus Castillo (.266) was 1 for 2 with a two-run home run, his first, and a walk. CF Lonnie White Jr. (.224) was 1 for 4 with a double and a pair of strikeouts. 2B Maikol Escotto (.380) went 1 for 3 with a single and a walk.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 9-14) lost a 4-3 decision to Tampa (Yankees). SS Konnor Griffin (.265) went 2 for 5 and hit his fifth home run of the season, a solo shot. He also singled and scored two runs. Starting RHP Matt Ager (1.00) went 2⅓ innings, allowed two unearned runs on two hits, walked four and struck out two. LHP Inmer Lobo (1.72) yielded a run on one hit, walked two and fanned two in 2⅔ innings. LHP Isaias Uribe (0-2, 6.23) gave up one run on one hit, walked three and fanned one in two-thirds of an inning for the loss. RHP David Matoma (2.70) struck out three in two scoreless innings. RF Braylon Bishop (.238) was 2 for 4 with an RBI triple, a double and a walk. 2B Yordany De Los Santos (.207) was 0 for 2 with a walk and a sac fly. 3B Jhonny Severino (.230) went 0 for 4 with a pair of strikeouts.
