INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 4-5) doubled up Louisville (Reds), 6-3. DH Nick Yorke (.300) went 1 for 5 with his first home run and 2B Nick Solak (.250) went 1 for 4 with his first homer. C Henry Davis (.286) went 2 for 4 with two doubles, two runs scored and an RBI. SS Liover Peguero (.273) went 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI. RHP Carson Fullmer (1-0, 2.70) started and went five innings, allowing three runs on five hits with four strikeouts. RHP David Bednar (0.00) pitched his third straight scoreless inning for Indianapolis. He hasn’t allowed a hit or walk. LHP Randy Labaut (0.00) threw two scoreless innings and RHP Eddy Yean (10.8) worked a scoreless ninth for his first save.

Next: Saturday at Louisville (Reds), DH, 2:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 3-4) drilled Akron (Guardians), 8-1. RF Jase Bowen (.278) went 3 for 4 with a double, a walk, a run scored, an RBI and two stolen bases. 2B Termarr Johnson (.250) went 1 for 4 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI. LR Tres Gonzalez (.267) went 2 for 5 with a run scored. RHP Wilber Dotel (1.04) started and allowed one run on three hits with one walk and three strikeouts in 3 ⅔ innings. LHP Jaden Woods (1-1, 6.00) pitched 1 ⅓ scoreless innings to earn the win. RHP Cristofer Melendez (2.70) and LHP Nick Dombkowski (1.50) each threw two scoreless innings.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 5-1) and Winston-Salem (White Sox) were rained out. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Saturday.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 3-4) beat Palm Beach (Cardinals), 8-5. SS Konnor Griffin (.231) went 2 for 5 with a triple, a two-run homer, his first, and four RBIs. 1B Eddy Rodriguez (.364) went 3 for 4 with a triple, a walk and two runs scored. RF Joel Mendez (.250) went 3 for 4 with two doubles, a run scored and an RBI. RHP Carlos Castillo (2.45) started and allowed three runs, two earned, on six hits and a walk with four strikeouts in 3 ⅓ innings. RHP Franck De La Rosa (1-0, 0.00) pitched two scoreless innings to earn the win and LHP Hunter Furtado (0.00) struck out the side in the ninth for his first save.
