After disrupting Big Ten offenses at Penn State, Adisa Isaac will turn his attention toward the NFL next season after he was drafted in the third round (93rd overall) by the Baltimore Ravens on Friday.
One of the Big Ten’s best edge rushers, Isaac (6-foot-4, 249 pounds) started 10 games at defensive end last season, totaling 27 tackles (16 solo) while earning second-team All-Big Ten honors. He recorded 13½ tackles for a loss (6½ sacks), second in the Big Ten and tied for 17th nationally. He also had four quarterback hurries and a forced fumble and recovery over the course of the season.
Isaac also created interest among scouts at the NFL Combine, clocking 4.74-seconds in the 40-yard dash, recording 10 feet, 3 inches in the broad jump and 34-5 in the vertical leap to match Penn State teammate Chop Robinson.
Isaac has been at Penn State since 2019, appeaaring in a total of 20 games in 2019 and 2020 before missing the following season with an injury. He started 23 games in 2022 and 2023.
