Penn State coach James Franklin secured the eighth four-star recruit in its 2020 class Thursday when cornerback Enzo Jennings tweeted his intentions to enroll next year.

Jennings, 6-foot-1, 184 pounds, is a rising senior at Oak Park, Mich., High School. He is one of the most highly touted cornerbacks in the nation, with a No. 9 ranking at his position and No. 122 overall, according to Rivals.com. He is the third-rated prospect in Michigan.

He has 31 scholarship offers, but he chose Penn State over three other finalists — Pitt, Michigan and Kentucky.

Penn State’s 14-member class now ranks 24th in the nation — fifth in the Big Ten, according to Rivals.
