Men’s Hockey: Robert Morris beats Alabama-Huntsville in opener, 5-2

Forward Jordan Timmons, a native of Bridgeville, had two goals and an assist for Robert Morris which defeated Alabama-Hunstville, 5-2, at Colonials Arena in their season opener on Saturday.

The Colonials also got goals from forwards Grant Herbert, Nick Lalonde and defenseman Nick Jenny while forward Kyler Head recorded two assists. Goaltender Dyllan Lubbesmeyer made 11 saves on 13 shots in the victory.

Robert Morris will host Alabama-Huntsville on Sunday, 4:05 p.m.
