Jimmy Clark scores 24 as Duquesne knocks off Marshall, improves to 6-2

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Jimmy Clark III’s 24 points helped Duquesne defeat Marshall, 85-72, on Wednesday night.

Clark shot 7 for 11 (4 for 8 from 3-point range) and 6 of 8 from the free-throw line for the Dukes (6-2). Dae Dae Grant scored 16 points, going 9 for 10 from the line. Andrei Savrasov finished with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Cam Crawford led the way for the Thundering Herd (2-6) with 20 points and two steals. Marshall also got 14 points from Kamdyn Curfman. Obinna Anochili-Killen recorded 13 points and 12 rebounds.
