They don’t necessarily like what Myles Garrett did, but one Cleveland-based company is pinning the blame for Garrett’s actions elsewhere.
GV Art + Design is selling “Pittsburgh started it” shirts on its website a week after the Browns defensive end ripped the helmet off Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph and struck him over the head with it, leading to an on-field brawl. The debate over how the events transpired has not slowed among Cleveland and Pittsburgh fans.
“In no way (do) we condone the actions of Myles, and what he did. But we will never forget. Pittsburgh Started it. Show your support of a good guy who made one bad mistake with this new tee,” the company writes on its website.
The shirts sell for $28 and are available in sizes from extra small to 3XL.
In no way do we condone what Myles did. But after hearing takes from those who played and the lack of apologies from the other side.

Garrett has been suspended indefinitely by the NFL for his role in the brawl. The Browns’ Larry Ogunjobi also was suspended one game, and Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey was originally suspended for three. The league on Thursday reduced that suspension to two games.
The debate over how the brawl was initiated rages on a week after the incident, with some saying Garrett never would have done what he did if not for Rudolph’s actions. Others believe Rudolph was within his right to defend himself after Garrett threw him to the ground late on the play at the end of the game.
There doesn’t seem to be much debate in Cleveland about how the incident transpired.
