Video captured her climbing into the lion’s den at the Bronx Zoo dancing and taunting one of the male big cats. Later she said she was a lion.

But she was (obviously) lyin’.

Six weeks later, Myah Autry is in police custody, according to the New York Daily News.

A source told the publication that Autry had been planning to turn herself into the authorities and that now “she’s basically confessing.”

Autry, 32, was caught on camera Sept. 28 in a bizarre scene of her dancing mere feet away from two lions as they, along with onlooking patrons of the zoo, stared in wonderment.

“She did it because of rage over her boyfriend,” the source told The Daily News of Autry’s motive for the audacity to dance with the beasts. “He was driving her crazy.”

On Friday, she told reporters in a video interview outside the Kearny, N.J. courthouse that she planned to surrender to the NYPD, The Daily News reported.

The zoo said it has a “zero-tolerance policy” for this type of behavior, according to New York’s WABC-TV.

The station reported that the park told police that there is a moat with an approximately 14-foot drop between where the woman was standing in the video and the lion.

Autry faces a criminal trespass charge.
