The Shop ‘n Save in Shaler sold a $3 million winning lottery ticket.

The lucky ticket was a My Three Million scratch-off, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials. My Three Million is a $30 game that offers five top prizes of $3 million.

The Shop ‘n Save on Babcock Boulevard will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Scratch-off prizes expire a year from the game’s end-sale date, which is posted on the Pennsylvania Lottery website. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the lottery at 1-800-692-7481, officials said.

Scratch-offs are distributed at random, which means the Pennsylvania Lottery and the retailers selling tickets don’t know where winning tickets will be sold. The lottery learns where winning tickets were sold after someone claims a prize.

A $1 million winning lottery ticket was sold Thursday in Charleroi. Another $1 million winner was sold at a Giant Eagle in Robinson, lottery officials announced Monday.
