The 14th annual Chili Cook-off and Wing Thing organized by the Norwin Rotary was held Thursday evening at several locations in downtown Irwin.

Visitors could sample chili or wings for a nominal fee, and proceeds go the Norwin Rotary Back Pack/Gift Card Project. The initiative gives needy Norwin students back packs full of nutritious food to take home over the weekend during the school year.
