Latrobe Drama Club will present “Father of the Bride” as its fall play Thursday and Friday.

Directed by Allison Duda, with assistant directors Michelle Kondrich and Rebecca Snyder, the comedy follows a father dealing with the turmoil caused by his daughter’s out-of-control wedding — including the financial stress.

The show will star Jack Dixon as Mr. Banks and Izzy Keslar as his wife. Daughter Kay is Maddie Duda, and sons Ben and Tommy will be played by Kyle Kemerer and Jack Duda, respectively. Kay’s soon-to-be husband Buckley Dunstan will be performed by Henry Krom.

Abby Wolfgang and Lukas Deemer will make cameo appearances as the secretary and the wedding planner, and other roles will be performed by Lexi Lynch, Margaret Krom, Leo Sun, Ben Ament, Heinrich Van Der Westhuzien, Nathan Shashura, Grace Jamieson, Nataly Smyntek, Evan Frescura and Dalton King.

The show is written by Edward Streeter and stage adapted by Caroline Francke.

Both showings will begin at 7 p.m. in Greater Latrobe Senior High School’s auditorium, 131 High School Road in Unity. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens.
