Antiques on the Avenue returns to downtown Greensburg on Saturday, featuring antiques dealers from Westmoreland, Allegheny and Cambria counties.
Dealers will set up from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. along South Pennsylvania Avenue, offering an eclectic mix of items, including stoneware, vintage jewelry, advertising, primitives, vintage linens, vintage holiday decorations and more.
Shoppers will be able to refresh themselves with food and beverages from The Original Pie Shoppe in Laughlintown, Barry’s Italian Ice, Bella Terra Winery, Two Korny Kettle Korn, Latte Duh Cold Brew Iced Coffee and McFeeley’s Gourmet Chocolates, which will offer pepperoni and ham pies.
Vendors will set up in parking lots in the 100 and 200 blocks of the avenue, and in curbside parking spaces in the 300 block, according to organizer Amy Zimmerman, co-owner of The Shepherd’s Keeper at Kinderhook, an antiques and collectibles store in Greensburg. The street will be open to vehicle traffic.
The Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department museum, behind city hall at 416 S. Main St., also will be open during sale hours.
The show is presented by the Greensburg Business and Professional Association.
Two hand sanitizer stations will be available, and shoppers needing masks will be able to pick them up at those stations, Zimmerman said.
