Entries will be accepted through Jan. 31 at the library during operating hours. Quilts must be handmade, but the person submitting the quilt does not have to be the one who made it. Categories are hand-quilted, machine-quilted, baby blanket and small-scale which includes placemats, table runners and wall hangings.

The public will vote for their favorite in each category through March 6. There is no cost to enter, view or vote on a quilt. The quilt with the most votes in each category will be announced at a reception planned for March 7.
