Tarentum police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person they believe is stealing from apartments along East Fifth Avenue.

Police posted a video to social media that shows a person with a blonde ponytail and glasses walking into the Manos Gallery on Nov. 3.

They said that person is suspected of entering unlocked apartments above the gallery and taking several items.

A separate social media post on the Tarentum Neighborhood Watch Facebook page contains a video of what appears to be the same person opening an unlocked apartment door above the Manos Gallery and entering the unit. The art space is at 320 E. Fifth Ave.

The resident reported $1,000 in items stolen from the bedroom, including a new pair of designer tennis shoes and cologne.

Anyone with information is asked to call 724-224-1515.
