Those who think they have what it takes to be “Pittsburgh’s ultimate zombie” should shuffle their way to the Pittsburgh Mills mall Monday night.

The ScareHouse is seeking people to dress up like zombies and compete for the title of Pittsburgh’s ultimate zombie Monday at 8 p.m., with entry beginning at 7 p.m.

ScareHouse is located at the Pittsburgh Mills mall in Frazer, in the former H&M location near the food court.

Participants will receive one voucher for ScareHouse while supplies last. Winners are awarded “RIP” season passes to ScareHouse.

Judges include longtime former WTAE-TV anchor Sally Wiggin, influencer and creator of EEEEK! Creature Coffee Christalee Lema, TikTok star Brandon Max and ScareHouse’s own Zombie Barbie. Participants will be judged on their ability to look undead, shamble, groan and feed.

ScareHouse opens for the season Sept. 8.
