Kiski Township police issued a warning for residents to be alert for suspicious activity after receiving numerous reports about attempted burglaries during the past several weeks.

The latest incident occurred Sunday when police responded to 12th Street in North Apollo after a man went onto the porch of a home and walked away with items at about 4:40 p.m., police said.

Police released a home security photo of the suspect, who, they say, is 20-30 years old and was wearing a dark hat and a dark hooded sweatshirt.

To provide information on this suspect’s identity or to report any type of suspicious activity, contact the Kiski Township Police Department at 724-478-3357 or call 911.
