Pennsylvania State Police say they seized a stolen handgun, possible methamphetamine, marijuana and approximately $1,400 cash following a traffic stop in South Buffalo.

Adam Krochta, 38, Alexis Ensworth, 24, and Terell Floyd, 41, were pulled over after state police observed a silver Jeep swerving out of its lane on Route 28, according to a criminal complaint.

All three are charged with felony counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver drugs and receiving stolen property.

Krochta, of Ford City, is also accused of driving under the influence after a blood draw detected methamphetamine, cocaine and other drugs in his system, the complaint shows, along with other misdemeanor drug charges.

Ensworth, of West Kittanning, faces misdemeanor drug charges as well. In addition, Floyd, of New Kensington, is charged with felony prohibited possession of a firearm.

During the stop, police say they observed signs of drug use by Krochta. Officers also saw a cut straw with powder on it and later called a K-9 unit to the scene to sniff for illicit substances, according to police.

A search turned up a Taurus .38 Caliber Revolver, “a large Ziploc bag containing a crystal-like substance,” a container of marijuana and a purse with cash, the complaint states.

Floyd, Ensworth and Krochta are being held in Armstrong County Jail on $100,000, $25,000 and $20,000 bonds, respectively. Their preliminary hearings are set for April 23.
