State police are looking for a burglar who allegedly used a golf club to break into the pro shop at The Indian Springs Golf and Country Club in White Township, Indiana County.

Security footage from the Oct. 13 incident shows an unknown white man breaking the shop’s front door with the Nike golf club, opening the broken door and walking inside, according to police.

The man set off a burglar alarm and fled the building, driving away in what appeared to be a blue Hyundai Sonata, according to police.

The golf course on Indian Springs Road is also home to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1989.

The damaged door was worth about $250, according to police.

The suspect faces charges of burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the state police Indiana barracks at 724-357-1960.
