The second victim in a Washington County structure fire Tuesday has been identified.

Coroner S. Timothy Warco identified the second victim as Kimberly Montes DeOca, 39.

Warco said the coroner’s office has “exhausted all attempts to locate and notify” DeOca’s family. Warco is asking anyone who may have information about her family to contact the office at 724-228-6785.

The first victim was identified as Kenneth Guy III, 39.

The fire at 165 E. Katherine Ave. was reported at 6:05 a.m. Tuesday.

DeOca’s death is pending autopsy and investigation, the coroner’s office said.

The fire is under investigation by Washington city police.
