1 killed, 1 injured in Fayette County crash

One man was killed and another injured in a crash Tuesday night in Menallen Township, Fayette County.

A 65-year-old man was killed in the crash around 10 p.m. on Route 51, Fayette County Coroner Bob Baker said.

The coroner has not yet released the victim’s identity until next of kin is notified.

The other driver, Baker said, was flown to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive.

An investigation into the wreck is ongoing.
