One man is dead and two people are injured after a shooting in the 200 block of Moore Avenue in Pittsburgh’s Knoxville neighborhood.

According to public information officer Maurice Matthews, police responded to a shot spotter alert for 19 rounds being fired at about 8:45 p.m.

When police arrived at the residence, they found Paul Hines, 19, dead inside and another man with a gunshot wound in the back outside the home. Another person walked into a local hospital with gunshot injuries.

Matthews said a party was taking place at the residence.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Hines late Monday. His death was ruled a homicide.

This is a developing story.
