Experienced mountain climbers and other volunteers cleaned up litter Saturday from the slopes of Pittsburgh’s Mount Washington. They rappelled down the cliff from along Grandview Avenue.

The Explorers Club of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and the Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group participated in the cleanup efforts, which have been conducted by the groups for more than 25 years.
