A Pittsburgh man was killed late Tuesday in a hit-and-run in Point Breeze, city police said.

Freeman M. Holeman, 66, of Pittsburgh was pronounced dead at the scene near the intersection of Penn Avenue at Carnegie Place.

Police said they were called just after 10 p.m. of a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle that drove away.

Police are looking for a green Honda minivan with possible front-end damage.

Anyone with information should call 911.
