A single-lane restriction on southbound Route 28 in Aspinwall and O’Hara will take place Monday through Friday, April 21, PennDOT officials announced .
Officials said it will be from the Virginia Avenue on-ramp to the Highland Park Bridge interchange, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
The restriction is necessary so crews can install sound barrier posts, officials said.
Drivers should allow extra time and use caution when driving in the area.
