Authorities on Monday identified the woman killed last week in a multi-vehicle crash in Homestead as Lynn Reynolds, 47, of Duquesne.

Doctors at UPMC Mercy hospital pronounced Reynolds dead at 12:37 p.m. on Saturday.

No cause or manner of death has been determined yet.

At least six people were hospitalized following the July 3 accident at Eighth Avenue and Ann Street, which involved at least four vehicles and took place shortly before 8 p.m., TribLive news partner WTAE reported.

After the crash, a white SUV lay on its side near the intersection, WTAE reported. Another vehicle, with front-end damage, was on the sidewalk. A third vehicle was towed from the scene. A fourth sustained side damage.

First responders pulled three motorists out of cars, WTAE reported.

Allegheny County Police were not immediately available for comment on Monday.
