From overbooked flights to weather-related complications, holiday air travel can be stressful. AirHelp, a website with information on air passenger rights, says these airports experienced the most disruptions — such as delays, cancellations and overbookings — during Christmas 2018:

1. Chicago O’Hare International Airport

2. Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

3. Los Angeles International Airport

4. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

5. Denver International Airport

6. Charlotte (N.C.) Douglas International Airport

7. Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport

8. John F. Kennedy International Airport (Queens, N.Y.)

9. San Francisco International Airport

10. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

AirHelp says passengers may be entitled to compensation when travel disruptions occur.
