Christian W. Klay Winery and Ridge Runner Distillery, both based in Chalk Hill, are partnering to host WineStock 2019.
The neighboring Fayette County locations are describing the 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Aug. 17 event as a “modern day Woodstock,” in celebration of the iconic outdoor music festival’s 50th anniversary.
Throughout the day, those attending can enjoy music from six bands and sample the offerings of multiple food trucks.
Guests are asked to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoor, rain or shine, 21-and up event.
Tickets are $50 online, $55 at the gate, and include a custom tie-dye T-shirt, wine glass, complimentary wine tasting and one drink ticket.
