Seven Springs raises a toast to 27th annual wine festival

Seven Springs Mountain Resort will hold its 27th annual wine festival, showcasing wineries from across Pennsylvania.

Set for Aug. 23-25, the festival presents 30 wineries, including Allegheny Wine Cellars, Heritage Wine Cellars, Glades Pike Winery, Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Christian W. Klay Winery and KingView Mead.

Guests can sample hundreds of different tastes, combinations and vintages, as well as purchase their favorites to take home.

Helen’s Restaurant will be open for lunch service and musical entertainment is planned throughout the weekend, including from Chris Higbee, Radio Tokyo and Totally ‘80s.

The festival runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets are $35 for Friday or Sunday and $45 for Saturday. A two-day ticket for Friday and Saturday is available for $62.
