Armed soldiers stand guard as pale blue-clad workers bang away at spikes into the tracks.
The camera pans down past the men and slowly rolls up on one of them. He takes off his cap to reveal … a bald-headed Chief Jim Hopper.
The clip seems to answer to big questions that left fans wondering at the close of Season 3: Will Hopper (played by David Harbour) be back? (Yep) And where is he? (Doing time in Russia)
