Comedian Tracy Morgan was in a crash in New York City on Tuesday minutes after driving his new Bugatti sports car off the lot.
According to the New York Post, Morgan was making a turn on 10th Avenue when a Honda CR-V made right turn from the left lane and hit his new ride.
Morgan tweeted that he was ok, but his new car maybe not so much, “Thanks for any concern but I am totally fine. My NEW CAR? We shall see. Love you all.”

The Post reported that he had just bought the pre-owned 2012 Bugatti Veyron a few blocks away at a dealer about 30 minutes to an hour before the crash.
Morgan was checked out in the back of an ambulance, but was ok.
The woman who was driving the Honda spoke with the Post and said she didn’t recognize the star and that she was frightened becuase the he yelled at her about the crash.
“I was just curious. The people were taking pictures of him and the car,” Jocelyn Madulid, 61, told the newspaper.
“I asked the traffic officer, why people taking pictures and he said, ‘You don’t watch TV? That’s a famous guy,’” she added.
The accident comes days before the five-year anniversary of the crash that severely injured Morgan and others. In 2014 the comedian and others were in a limousine that was struck by a trucker on the New Jersey Turnpike. One person, a friend of Morgan’s, was killed.
