A North Huntingdon teen who graduated from Norwin High School last year was killed early Thursday morning in a one-vehicle crash in northern Butler County, state police at Butler said.

The victim, Josiah Pastories, 19, was traveling northward along Kittanning Pike in Fairview Township at about 6:20 a.m. when he lost control of his Nissan SUV on a curve in the road and it crossed into the southbound lanes, before traveling down a slope and hitting a tree, police said. Pastories died of multiple blunt force trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene near the Oak Road intersection, the Butler County Coroner said.

Pastories wrestled for the Norwin Knights, according to the Norwin student newspaper.
