Injury will prevent five significant contributors from playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers during Sunday’s AFC North showdown with the Baltimore Ravens.

Baltimore, however, welcomes four starters back from an injury absence.

Cornerback Marlon Humphrey, left tackle Ronnie Stanley, safety Marcus Williams and wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will be in uniform and active at Acrisure Stadium on Sunday.

Though the return of Williams (pectoral) was previously known, Humphrey (foot), Stanley (knee) and Beckham (ankle) each had been listed as questionable on the Friday’s league-mandated injury report.

Humphrey had missed the past four Ravens’ games, Beckham the past two and Stanley and Williams the past three games each.

Baltimore players out because of injury are former Penn State edge defender Odafe Oweh (ankle), starting right tackle Morgan Moses (shoulder) and cornerback Daryl Worley (who was placed on injured reserve Saturday because of a shoulder ailment). The Ravens’ healthy scratches are cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis, offensive lineman Sala Aumavae-Laulu and tight end Charlie Kolar.

Baltimore’s Josh Johnson and the Steelers’ Mason Rudolph will serve as No. 3 emergency quarterbacks.

The biggest news from the Steelers’ listed inactives was that outside linebacker Alex Highsmith was not on it. Highsmith suffered a groin injury during Wednesday’s practice and sat out Thursday’s practice. He was a limited participant Friday but afterward declared himself good to go vs. the Ravens.

The Steelers’ only healthy inactive was No. 3 running back Godwin Igwebuike. It was announced Friday that starting left tackle Dan Moore Jr. (knee), starting right guard James Daniels (groin), starting tight end Pat Freiermuth (hamstring), key rotational defensive lineman DeMarvin Leal (concussion) and punter Pressley Harvin (hamstring) would not play Sunday.

Nate Herbig is set make his second start in a row in place of Daniels, and rookie first-round pick Broderick Jones will make his first NFL start in place of Moore.

Brad Wing will serve as the Steelers punter for a second consecutive game, elevated from the practice squad Saturday along with reserve offensive lineman Ryan McCollum.
