A luxury hunting preserve in Southern Butler County is up for grabs.
Shilo Ranch at 399 Cornetti Road in Clearfield Township is for sale, with a listing price of $10 million.
The hunting preserve encompasses 423 acres and features exotic animals such as axis deer, buffalo, ram, elk, fallow deer and more than 250 trophy whitetail deer.
“They (owners) are looking to downsize and focus on their main business. The property can be sold with or without the deer,” said listing agent Justin Kovach of Keller Williams Realty.
Kovach said the property is offered turn-key ready, with contents, adding its possibilities are plenty.
“It could continue as a hunting preserve or be used as a wedding venue, conference or retreat center, and we’ve reached out to the Steelers and other professional sporting teams,” Kovach said. “This property has been used to raise some of the most massive whitetail deer.”
The owner declined to comment.

“My seller has asked to remain anonymous, but should any qualified buyers come forward, he and I will gladly give a private tour to those individuals and answer any questions they have at that time,” Kovach said.
The property is zoned for guided hunts and is listed as a business and residence.
“The seller is open to selling it in either form,” Kovach said.
With more than 18,000 square feet of living space, the estate features custom woodwork throughout with wood imported from Africa.
The residence has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and overlooks a 3-acre pond.
An equestrian center on the grounds offers a 10-stall barn, riding ring, numerous pastures and miles of riding trails.
The home was built in 2003.
The grounds feature an expansive rear patio, basketball court, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, pavilion, dance floor and a raised stage area.
“It’s well-established and currently operating,” Kovach said of the property. “It’s an amazing property and one that’s hard to find in the Northeast. It could be a million things.”
