Crews from Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority are working to repair a water main at the intersection of Bigelow Boulevard and Herron Avenue, PennDOT said Friday.

Water line work on Route 400 outbound in Pittsburgh is currently underway. Lane restrictions will occur at the intersection until 3 p.m. If additional work is required, the restrictions will resume after the evening rush hour to continue repairs, PennDOT said.

The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority said customers on Leander Street are expected to experience a water outage during this time.

Only the rightmost outbound lane will be closed to traffic.
