No need to look skyward in Pittsburgh any time soon, in hopes of making a Jason Momoa sighting.

Helicopters that residents and motorists may have spotted flying or hovering over the city on Sunday night were part of the local filming for the actor’s new Netflix film, “Sweet Girl,” said Chris Togneri, the city’s public safety spokesman.

According to Togneri, some filming also took place in the city’s Downtown area Monday evening.

”On both nights, there were some road closures — on Sunday, it was mainly around PNC Park, and (Monday) night the closures were around Seventh (Street) and Penn (Avenue),” he said in an email.

“Moving forward, they will be filming in Oakland this week. There shouldn’t be any major road closures, but there will be closures of some side streets and around Schenley Plaza. That is set to wrap up on (Jan. 17),” Togneri said.

He added he is unaware of any additional helicopter scenes.

The star of “Aquaman” is producing and starring in the story of “a husband who vows to bring justice to the people responsible for his wife’s death while also protecting his daughter,” according to Variety.
